Our sun-kissed heirloom tomatoes, are ripened naturally to perfection. We carefully select five varieties, featuring Corazón de Buey and Amarillo, Kumato, Mar Azul, and Tomatillo Verde.s Before they grace your plate, we marinate them with freshly squeezed lemon juice and Yerba Ibizenca liquor. Rubbed with garlic and seasoned with Sal de Ibiza, a sprinkle of rich sumac, while grated lemon zest adds a citrus charm.
